Fire Blankets
Car Standard
Bridgehill® Car Standard provides fast and effective fire containment for electric and combustion engine vehicles. Designed for first responders and safety professionals, it blocks flames, isolates toxic smoke, and requires no water. Lightweight, easy to deploy, and certified for high-temperature performance, it is the trusted solution for parking garages, workshops, tunnels, and charging stations.
Equipped with eyelets at one-meter intervals along the edges for use as a vertical fire sail.
Instant Isolation
Rapidly isolates the fire to prevent spread to nearby vehicles or infrastructure. Essential for high-density areas like parking garages and ferries.
Smoke Containment
Traps toxic fumes and heavy soot immediately. Drastically reduces smoke damage to buildings and ventilation systems during the incident.
Eco friendly
Reduces water dependency and contaminated runoff. A reusable solution designed for up to 10 deployments, minimizing environmental impact.
EV-rated
Certified according to NFPA 701-2019, EN 13501-1 (A1), and more trusted in workshops, parking structures, tunnels, and transport.

Answers for response teams across transport, facilities, and public safety.
Yes. While lithium-ion batteries burn at extreme temperatures, the Car Standard Fire Blanket is an effective tool to instantly isolate the vehicle. It prevents the fire from spreading to nearby vehicles and buildings and blocks toxic smoke reducing carcinogen exposure.
The Car Standard is reusable for up to 10 times and is made of pyroxene. The Car Pro X is made of graphite and a heavy-duty, reusable blanket engineered for multiple deployments - up to 30 times.
It is ideal for locations with high vehicle density or limited access, such as parking garages, car ferries, workshops, and ships. We recommend placing it in our wheeled cabinet for easy and instant access.
1. Position. Place the fire blanket on the ground in front of or behind the vehicle and roll it out completely.
2. Cover. Two people should grab the handles and pull the blanket over the vehicle in one continuous movement to ensure immediate coverage.
3. Seal. Make sure the blanket creates a tight seal against the ground on all sides to cut off oxygen and trap smoke.
Do not lift the fire blanket after deployment.
The blanket instantly reduces temperature and helps slow down thermal runaway.
Never introduce tools, objects, water, or liquids under the blanket after deployment, as this may break the seal, introduce oxygen, and create an unsafe environment or cause deflagration.
All assessment of the situation shall be conducted only by trained firefighting personnel.
